About Zen Garden Holistic Therapy
Welcome to our Zen Garden, where our goal is to create a safe haven for every individual in order to begin the healing process. We strive to create a space where all emotions are heard, where you feel seen and understood and ultimately, where you can create the life you deserve. Zen Garden Holistic Therapy was created with the belief that everyone should have access to high quality therapy and the ability to take control of your mental health.
Our rates
Individual therapy
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore thoughts and emotions. We specialize in treating complex trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorders and many other issues. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Couples therapy
Online or in-person, designated for couples that are struggling with a variety of issues from communication issues, affairs, sexual intimacy and emotional intimacy issues.

Reiki Healing
A gentle, non-invasive session focused on relaxation and nervous system regulation. Reiki may help reduce stress, support emotional balance, and promote overall well-being through light touch or hands-off energy work. Note that this is not covered by insurance

Hypnosis
Online or In-person, designated for a variety of issues such as anxiety, panic disorders, chronic pain and trauma. Note that this is not covered by insurance
45-50 mins | $175
